Sport Bet Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

The Sport Bet platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Sport Bet reserves the right to request valid identification documents (MyKad, passport, or relevant documents) at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period will result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

The Sport Bet platform operates for the Malaysian market. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Sport Bet bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in unauthorised jurisdictions.

To access the full range of Sport Bet services, you must register an account by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Accounts registered with false or inaccurate information may be terminated at any time.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Sport Bet at any one time. This includes accounts registered under another person's name, family members residing at the same address, or using another person's personal information. Violations of this rule will result in:

• Suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all bonuses received through the accounts in question
• Balance frozen pending completion of investigation

All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 and there is no daily maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts.

Deposits via digital methods (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your Sport Bet account within 1–5 minutes. FPX online banking deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's system. Wager contributions toward bonus wagering requirements vary by game type at Sport Bet. All bets placed on Sport Bet are subject to platform acceptance. Sport Bet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or other exceptional circumstances. In the event of a void, the original stake will be fully refunded to your account balance.

The outcomes of all sports bets (including badminton, Malaysia Super League and EPL football, esports, and Virtual Sports) are based on official results issued by the respective governing bodies. For casino and slots games, outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system. Sport Bet's decisions are final in all cases.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Sport Bet account. This includes choosing a strong password (minimum 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), and avoiding access from public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sport Bet platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts for playing or betting
• Match manipulation or collusion with other players
• Systematic bonus abuse (bonus abuse / bonus whoring)
• Use of false information during registration or verification
• Any activity related to money laundering
• Using your Sport Bet account for commercial purposes or any unauthorised activity
• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorised access to Sport Bet's systems

Sport Bet is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, cyberattacks beyond our control, or any other event outside our reasonable control. The Sport Bet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.

In cases where Sport Bet's liability is legally established, our maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
